Karen’s primary focus is to educate and motivate people who are interested in either one-on-one instruction or small group classes.
In her practice, she emphasizes teaching clients how to take control of their personal health and lifestyle habits so they can make a consistent, intentional effort to achieve optimal health and fitness.
Her academic education is in exercise science and her certification is  with the National Academy for Sports Medicine. She is also a Function Training  and Core Specialist, which is a qualification that can help with physical fitness during treatment and post surgery. Her clients are achieving their physical fitness goals with her applied knowledge and experience in practical and sound scientific exercise principles.
